  • There are 2 sleep catch up calls a month. The occur on a Tuesday at either 12.00pm or 2.00pm.

  • While many sleep consultants complete short training programs, my path has been different. I’ve spent my entire career researching sleep—how it works, why it matters, and how we can support it in ways that are grounded in both science and compassion.

    My background goes far beyond a certificate. I’ve led research, lectured internationally, and worked in some of the world’s most respected sleep science institutions. Now, I use that knowledge to help families like yours get the rest they need—without the guesswork.
