In this personalised, one-on-one 60 minute phone consultation, we will deep dive into the parts to sleep that aren’t working for you and establish sustainable strategies to get you back on track and sleeping better all round.  

By the end of our session you’ll feel confident in:

  • Understanding sleep patterns
  • Establishing the foundations for healthy sleep habits
  • Developing your child's sleep skills
  • Implementing  a customised plan to address the issue you are having 
  • 1 week of post consultation text support

Trying something new is challenging, especially when you are so desperate for some sleep normality. I will be right next to you each step of the way as you implement your plan!!

      Amazing results!

      I cannot believe the phenomenal change in our little one's sleeping since our consultation with Kate. In just over a week he went from waking every couple of hours and being constantly crabby, to sleeping 12 hours every night and the happiest little baby! Kate has been there with us every step of the way and made the whole process seem so simple and stress free. This is by far the best money we have spent since our baby was born and would recommend Kate to anyone who would like a better night's sleep for them and their baby!

      My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Kate from Babysomnia. Our 12 mth old son was sleeping little during the day, taking an age to put to sleep at night and waking frequently. Kate laid out the science and then gave us a clear structure to work to. Improvement came within a couple of days and now, two weeks later, our son self settles every time and sleeps through the night. Kate was attentive and compassionate throughout with her support as we made the required changes. Could be the best decision we have made all year! Highly recommended.

      After 13 months of sleep deprivation and using multiple sleep programs and consultants with no improvements I thought we would never have a toddler who slept. We had given up on sleep training and had our 13 month old in bed with us waking up every 2 hours. A friend insisted I contact Kate and I’m so glad I did. After speaking with her, in less than a week our toddler was sleeping through the night in his cot for the first time ever and doing long day naps. I honestly didn’t think this was going to be possible. Kate was supportive the whole time and gave us the most gentle approach to use. She has honestly changed our lives.

      After more than 12 months of feeding and rocking to sleep, sometimes taking over an hour to get him down, and multiple night wake ups, I had almost given up hipe that anything could change. I didn't have confidence to follow through with sleep training on my own as my nerves were shot from months of interrupted sleep.
      Kate has been AMAZING! She genuinely cares and wants to help and the follow up support is next level. In 2 weeks we have gone from a nightmare sleeper to fairly regular day naps, a solid bedtime routine and our bub often asleep on his own within 15 minutes of being put in the cot. We still have some way to go until we are where we want to be, but we know we can get there now.
