Have you ever had any of the following thoughts....
It's not just you - as an expert in this field, let me tell you that sleep is complicated!!
The parents I see aren’t looking for help because they didn’t read the right books or because they didn’t try hard enough. Sometimes (from the depths of a blurry, sleep deprived stupor) all a parent needs is for someone objective and experienced to step in, see the big picture and break the challenge up into manageable steps.
Trying something new is challenging, especially when you are so desperate for some sleep normality. I will be right next to you each step of the way.
My work as a sleep specialist takes a mother- and family-centric approach; because no baby or family is the same, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. My job is to take the time to understand your needs, and tailor an approach that will best serve you and your family.
The most common service I offer is an in-home consultation. It's like going to sleep school but in your home setting. During this-one-on-one consultation we will cover the fundamentals of how sleep works and how you can set yourself and your baby up for healthy sleep habits both for now and in the future.
We will cover all the different strategies and approaches for helping your baby learn valuable sleep skills and will give you a tailored solution for settling your baby. This includes:
Cost: $350 plus travel (travel is $30 per 30 minutes)
A phone consultation covers the same content as a home consultation. If you understand how sleep works, you will feel more empowered to make change as it will make sense to you.
A phone consultation is also if you feel like you are generally on the right track but need a refresher or an updated approach as your baby develops. This consultation includes:
Newborn support is designed to give you all the information you need about settling up healthy sleep habits from the moment your baby arrives. This consultation will mean that you will be ready to hit the ground running as well as being aware of the tough spots to look out for and how to prepare for them. This consultation includes:
*New-born support is available to new parents, or as ante-natal preparation.
