I’m Kate, a Melbourne-based sleep specialist with a Ph.D. in sleep psychophysiology - the science and biology of sleep.
I’m passionate about teaching parents how sleep works, and sharing with them my expert knowledge on how to get a good night’s sleep for the whole family.
With my scientifically backed research and rigorously-tested approach to sleep training, I am able to guide and empower parents in an environment where they feel supported. My methods take into account the strong emotional aspects of changing something about your child's sleep.
If you’re struggling with any aspect of your child's sleep, it's so important to know that there is help available. I know when you are really tired even the thought of change can be really hard but please reach out today so we can work together to create an individualised approach that suits your family.
